The world's very existence is at stake.

A brilliant mind, after enduring a traumatic event, has transformed someone into the deadliest lunatic, abandoning serenity in relentless pursuit of horrifying intentions. The world is unaware of the catastrophic consequences these deadly instincts would cast on it, which could lead to widespread chaos, destruction, and the potential end of civilization. The maniac is almost there. It's difficult to spot its location and thwart the plans.

Raymond Prince, a sharp and daring detective from Philadelphia, has to shoulder this responsibility. But many daunting challenges lay in his path.
